General Security and Safety:
- “Quiet hours” are enforced throughout the resort between 11:00 P.M. and 10:00 A.M. All owners and guests shall refrain from any activity that would disturb other residents at all times, but especially during quiet hours.
- Florida law prohibits possession or consumption of alcohol by persons under 21 years old. Violations may result in eviction.
- ID armbands are always required for anyone 13 years old or older to use any facility or amenities of the resort. Rental guests must wear ID armbands provided to them by the owner of their unit.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited on resort property.
- Feeding seagulls is prohibited throughout resort property.
- Kegs are not allowed on property.
- Smoking is not permitted in or nearby any indoor or public area.
- Hallways are not for storage and any chairs, toys or other equipment left in hallways may be removed and discarded.
- No climbing on or leaning over balconies. It is a felony for anything to come off a balcony. Climbing on or over balcony railings will result in eviction of guests and possible criminal charges.
- The use of charcoal grills, electric grills, hibachis, and gas grills is forbidden per State of Florida Fire Life Safety Codes (NFPA 1 Code 10.11.6). Guests may be evicted for violations. Guests and owners may use the provided grills located by the pool.
You are hereby notified that when you are present in the common (non-private) areas of the Emerald Beach Resort T1 Condominiums, you are consenting to the video surveillance security camera system the Condominium has in place for the safety and protection of all owners and their guests. No security system is 100% effective or guaranteed to work properly 100% of the time, and, therefore, the Emerald Beach T1 Resort is not in any way guaranteeing the safety and security of those on the premises. All persons at the Resort are reminded to exercise common sense and safe practices at all times while at the property.
