How do I ask any other questions about Guest Registration to our HOA?
Reach out to the hoa via email. Send all your questions to guestregistration@emeraldbeacht1.com
What about my existing reservations
Your owner portal will allow you to enter all of your existing reservations and will send you a code to share with those guests.
What if I have a Property Manager
If you entered a property manager when you entered your listing, they will be reached out to in order to complete setup of your property.
You must enter your property management company and contact information when you add your property to the system.
Do we still need to share parking passes with guests?
For now, yes, please continue to send them parking passes to print and inform them that they need to complete their guest registration
to get into the garage.
When do or PM’s or Owners need to have all existing reservations in the system by?
Please target 2/25. 3/1 will be the deadline to enter existing reservations into the system. Past this date, all new reservations will not be
allowed to be entered into the system for free, that functionality will be removed.
What is our Guest Registration URL?
What is the process for my guests?
Upon receiving a reservation, the owner or PM sends the guest a message(messages) sharing the property registration link. Each property
has a unique registration link. Guests are required to visit that link to register their visit, which includes license plates of vehicles they may
be driving and contact information for their party. Once they supply that information, agree to the rules of the resort, and pay the registration
fee, they will be emailed a confirmation of their registration and shared a code that will open the gate.
