This system does not share, nor export personal identification points of data to any other entity or 3rd party site. Data collected is for the sole use of this system and it’s interfaces with its internal components to provide a solution tailored to linking a guest to their reserved unit and viewable license plate information at the entrance of the parking facility located at Emerald Beach Resorts. This system’s further Terms of Use and Privacy Policy can be found by clicking the corresponding links to be found at the bottom of the production website.
Should the automated gate solution be purchased and subscribed to, license plate data is linked to registered guest and shared internally to the gate automation system powered by Ubiquiti Technologies, and solely used to allow access for the registered guest into the parking facility and may be used to identify a registered guest’s vehicle for personal contact by building staff and security, of which is the only entity granted authorization to this information outside of JBD Technologies, LLC. Emerald Beach Resort Staff & Security are granted authorization through a vetting process of which JBD Technologies LLC is not held liable. Credit Card information and the processing of all monetary transactions are handled by PayPal Payment Technologies of which is performed by a merchant gateway embedded in the registration portal. The information collected in this area is not stored by our site, and is passed through to the merchant processor and is protected and held liable by their Terms of Use and Privacy Policies found here:
